The short version
We only collect your email address, only to send you the weekly reading, and you can leave at any time. We never sell or share it.
What we collect
When you subscribe, we store your email address, when you signed up, which page you used, and whether you've confirmed or unsubscribed. Nothing else.
Why
To send you one reading a week and, later, news about the app and the book. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it's stored
Subscriber data is held by Convex, our database provider, on servers in the European Union. Emails are sent through Resend. Both only process the data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@hearandheed.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
